Return Policy
LaundroMarketing.com produces a majority of orders on a custom basis. Select Stock Design products are available for purchase with no customization options. For ALL orders, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges except in extraordinary circumstances. We strive for 100% order accuracy. For Custom Orders, we provide digital proof(s) delivered via email or other digital delivery methods that require your express approval before release to production. Keep in mind that colors, screens and tints may appear lighter or darker on the proof(s) compared to the final printed product due to variations in production processes. We are not responsible for any errors not detected on proof(s) prior to production.

For Stock Design products, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the type, size, quantity, color, shipping method and other details are agreeable BEFORE placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: If you detect an issue upon receiving your order due to shipping damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide sufficient evidence of the damage incurred including photos. You may also be required to return the damaged item(s) to us or our shipping provider for inspection.
Shipping Policy
A complete and accurate physical street address is required for all orders. We ship to the address entered by you in the "SHIP TO" fields of our order system without verification. Inaccurate, incomplete or non-compliant destination addresses are subject to additional charges and / or order cancellation without notice. Shipments are subject to third party carrier terms and conditions. Orders lost, delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are subject to additional charges or cancellation.

The MINIMUM charge for orders that require Address Correction and/or Re-Shipment is $29.00. Help us keep prices low by ensuring your "Ship To" address is correct at the time of order submission.
