Proofs & Approvals
Custom Order Design Proofs
Custom designed products include a FREE electronic proof for customer review and approval. We supply electronic proofs (i.e. PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc) via email or online file sharing platform. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the design prior to print production. If you wish to request changes or revisions, simply contact us after reviewing the proof with your request. Significant revisions or alterations may result in additional charges. All custom orders must be approved in writing before printing.
Hardcopy paper proofs are available for an additional fee (minimum $65.00 per proof). If you require a hardcopy proof, please contact us prior to ordering. Hardcopy proofs will be delivered on standard paper stock at a maximum size of 13” x 19”. Products larger than 13” x 19” will be scaled down for proofing purposes. Keep in mind that colors, screens and tints may appear lighter or darker on the proof compared to the final printed product due to variations in production processes. To keep costs low, most hardcopy proofs cannot be provided on final substrate material except in high volume quantities. Unless you have a specific reason for a hardcopy proof, we always recommend the included FREE online digital proof for custom products.
