How do I request a price quote for a custom product?

Submit your request using our Contact Us form or send an email to sales@laundromarketing.comPlease include the following information with your quote request:

    1. Your Name, Phone Number and Email Address.
    2. Your Business Name, Address, City, State and ZIP Code.
    3. The Item SKU Number and Description.
    4. The Size in Inches (Width x Height). For example, if you want to get a price quote for a 10-ft. x 4-ft. custom designed vinyl banner, the dimensions would be 120” Wide x 48” High.
    5. Tell Us About Your Project. Do you have a logo, specific colors, type fonts or a great message that you want to include? How soon do you need delivery? Please include any other information that may be helpful.
    6. Your Preferred Method of Communication. Let us know the best way to contact you if we have any questions about your request. We can reach out to you via phone call, email or text message.
    7. The more information you can provide during the initial request will help us determine the best solution(s) for your needs.

Why Don’t You Display Prices on Your Site?

For Stock Design Items and other select products, we actually DO list prices for a true shopping cart experience. Many of the products listed on our site require personal consultation between the buyer and our design team to ensure expectations are met. If you’re looking to buy stock generic designed laundromat signage instantly, there are many sources available to you. If you want options like custom sizes, custom substrates, custom messages, custom colors, etc., it pays to spend a little extra time to connect with LaundroMarketing.com to get exactly what you want.

What are Stock Design Items?

Select products with stock designs (i.e. generic layouts with limited color options) are available for immediate purchase through the Laundro Marketing Stock Design program. These items can be ordered directly through our website without customization and usually ship from our factory within 3-5 business days of order acknowledgement. We routinely monitor our Stock Design inventory to ensure laundromat owners can get the marketing materials they need for a quick promotion such as announcing a change in ownership, equipment upgrade, free drying or to promote a specific service offering such as Wash-Dry-Fold Drop-Off Service.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. All non stock products listed on our site include custom graphic design. We also provide other laundromat design services:

I already have a logo. Can you incorporate it into my design?

Absolutely. Please contact us at sales@laundromarketing.com to find out about acceptable file formats and sizes for using your existing business logo. We maintain a cloud based upload site to send and receive digital files greater than 8MB.

Can you design my materials and send me the electronic file for printing elsewhere?

In most instances, the answer is no. To ensure brand consistency and maintain our reputation for high quality output, we do not provide design files to other suppliers or vendors. 

Can you send me the completed design so i can use it on my website, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok or other social media pages?

Probably. Please contact us at sales@laundromarketing.com to learn about options, available file formats and additional costs.

I want to DIY. Can you just print the file I send to you?

We accept professionally designed files from qualified individuals, agencies and designers in PDF, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. All text fonts must be converted to outlines. Files must be built at 100% of final size and include 0.125” to 0.25” bleeds (depending on product). For contour cutting, a die line must be included on a separate layer. All files submitted are reviewed to ensure quality control by our experts. Submitted files are subject to approval by factory. We reserve the right to reject digital files that do not conform to our requirements. If you have questions or need guidance, please contact us at sales@laundromarketing.com for more information.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, etc?

No. We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only. We do not ship to foreign countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal Pay Later also accepted.

Do you offer other products not shown on your site?

Yes. If there’s something you don’t see, please contact us and we’ll do our best to source the specific item you need. We can handle everything from branding a new laundromat with a custom logo to website development, digital marketing and SWAG promotional products.
